After hitting his breaking point, Paul overhauled his life, ditching the extremes, healing his body, and building a method that’s now helped 50+ men drop 15–20 lbs of stubborn fat, naturally boost testosterone, and reclaim confidence in their body, sex life, and relationships.

Paul grew up in Massachusetts playing basketball, and he’s always had a passion for pushing limits. Now, he channels that same energy into helping men who feel like they’ve lost their edge rebuild from the inside out.

Him and his girlfriend Amanda current live in Maine. They spend time outdoors, travel often, and still make time for coffee shop work sessions!
